Why does it say my partner doesn’t have an account when I invite them?
This happens when your partner hasn’t completed registration. Ask them to download the app and create an account before you send the invite.
The app keeps crashing or says “poor network” — how do I fix it?
Check your internet connection (WiFi or mobile data). If the problem continues, try reinstalling the app and restarting your phone.
Is the app not available on Android?
The app is available for Android. If you can’t find it, make sure your phone is running a compatible Android version (Android 7.0 or higher), or visit the download link directly from our website.
