Having trouble connecting your bracelets to the app?

Why does my bracelet light up or vibrate unexpectedly?

There are a few possible reasons for this:

1. Accidental touch: If your bracelet is in a bag or touched through clothing, it may register unintended taps.

2. Network delay: If your app receives several notifications in a row, it could cause delayed reactions due to weak or unstable internet.

3. iPhone users: If the above doesn’t apply and your bracelet still activates on its own, it may be time to update your bracelet’s firmware.


To do so, open the app and go to:

Me > Manage My Bracelet > Tap the firmware version ten times. A hidden update page will appear — just follow the instructions on screen to complete the update.

Why won’t my bracelet charge?

This usually happens when the charger or adapter isn’t compatible. Our bracelets use a standard 5V input (just like most phones). Fast-charging adapters or high-voltage chargers (above 5V) may not work properly.

Try this:

Use your regular phone charger adapter

Or plug the charging base into your computer

I didn’t receive my SMS verification code — what now?

  • Has your phone number been entered correctly, including the country code?
  • Is your inbox full or blocked by another app?
  • Is your phone bill up to date and service active?
  • Is your signal stable?
